Premium Hospitality Representative
To provide an enjoyable guest experience for customers and employees by providing exceptional customer service.
Demonstrated Skills:
- The primary responsibility of this position is to provide guests with an overall positive experience at all Events by offering a superior, guest service experience.
- Premium hospitality staff will work any of the following positions: Ticket Taker, Guest Services Representative and Directional Staff. Additional positions could also be in Guest Services.
- Demonstrate willingness to help others
- Efficient and consistent performance and attendance
- Ability to lead and teach other team members
- Ability to regulate conflict resolution and guest concerns
Qualifications:
- Ability to navigate a variety of floor surfaces and areas including stairs, escalators, carpet, concrete
- Ability to work in a variety of environments including but not limited to heights, elevators, in darkened corridors, around crowds, loud noise, flashing lights, and haze effects.
- Customer Service experience required
Working conditions:
- Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work indoors/outdoors as needed in various weather conditions for a minimum of 5 hours
